About the product:
• Our BULKSTREAMTM range is ideally suited to industrial applications, or where larger volumes of hot water would be
required – with a storage capacity of up to 2000 litres!
• It is aesthetically pleasing, available in any colour of choice.
• It is an open to vent (zero pressure) system.
We’ll manufacture this unit as a tank only, leaving the positioning of the entry ports, be it for heating elements, heat exchangers,
or various draw-off points to be determined by the requirements of the client. These ports can be factory fitted.
Material selection:
• Inner tank manufactured from epoxy vinyl-ester resin and glass.
• Outer casing manufactured from UV stabilized gelcoat and glass, available in your colour of choice.
• High density polyurethane, with wall thickness 70 mm, used as insulation.
• Base (between inner tank and outer casing) 16 mm solid superwood.
Design features:
• Removable lid, allowing entrance into tank.
• Quadrant flat surface area (150 mm) allowing assembly area for fittings, using various seal types.
• Entrance points of up to 120 mm allow for maximum flow, using a wide selection of pipe sizes.
• Lid can be sealed to flange (flange size 65 mm) ensuring a dust and dirt free inner tank.
• Allows for easy installation using various anchoring points for positioning.
