Design aspects
Balanced pressure is optional on hot and cold water and
allows for the ideal installation and working of a tempering valve.
It ensures safe hot water at pre-set temperatures.

Stratified storage of hot water that prevents mixing of
hot and incoming cold water inside the tank.
Interconnection of tanks possible with various draw-off points for hot water
allows for increased volume of storage.
Plumbing options available to allow separate hot water supply to the kitchen
and bathroom ensuring uninterrupted and constant hot water supply
whilst showering.
The VacustreamTM is a cistern type solar water heater, open to atmosphere.
This means that it must be installed at a point higher than the draw-off
position (hot water tap) as it works as a gravity fed system.
“Vacu” in this context refers to the solar heating, or absorption component
- in this case low pressure, 47 mm diameter vacuum tubes.
This system is supplied with a balanced pressure Supplystream*,
to be positioned in the recessed area on top of the Vacustream.
